Greeting and Salutations.  Welcome to bucolic Indiana!!  Look it up, I once got a client because I used that word....

I think you are going to love Indianapolis and Indiana.  It is a great place to raise a family, a great place to start and run a business, and you will never get more bang for your buck in your home than right here.  Since most of us are consumed by our careers and families up to about 95% of our time, I say live here and go out and lease a life style for vacation but come home to Indiana, where currently the sane and common sensed people are still in charge.

There are lots of things you should know about Indianapolis and the greater metropolitan statistical area (gmsa) otherwise known as the surrounding communities like Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Zionsville, Avon, etc.  The first thing you should accept is that it is impossible for you to know all that you should about the real estate market here if you have not lived here.  See What Do You Know Tab
